then i never got to finish because i was in class.
today i learned that it is important to eat your meals. always eat even when you do not feel hungry. your body needs enough energy so it can function. always eat breakfast! it really is the most important meal of the day!
i havent eaten well in a few days had small things like cereal and a donut but i wouldnt eat breakfast or lunch and i wouldnt eat alot of dinner and it finally caught up with me this morning before i got to school i was unable to stand and i almost passed out. so its important to eat even when you dont feel like it
some symptoms you might feel from not eaitng is: nausea, your head hurting, throat hurting. my ears and stomach hurt as well but that could have just been me.
drink plenty of water as well, you do not want to be dehydrated!
my moms boyfriend told me that when your body feels nauseous its trying to get food from anywhere
